MAPP Names James Baker as Sr. Aftermarket Sales Manager
MAPP Technologies L.L.C (MAPP) is pleased to announce that James Baker has joined the company as Sr. Aftermarket Sales Manager, effective April 18, 2022.
James “Jimmy” Baker is a recognized aviation sales and customer service professional with more than 30 years of aftermarket Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) experience. His technical sales strength comes from a background as a technician, machinist, manufacturing analyst and production supervisor. As a Customer Service and Sales Manager with Pratt & Whitney, Jimmy developed a world class customer service team, covering a global customer base of airlines and licensed engine and component repair facilities.
Prior to his long career at Pratt & Whitney, Jimmy proudly served in the U.S. Navy, where he received the United States Naval Achievement Metal and was twice meritoriously promoted, achieving a Noncommissioned Officer ranking of Petty Officer First Class.
MAPP Technologies has a long history of aerospace manufacturing and has just recently been certified under FAR Part 145 as an aftermarket MRO Repair Station. Jimmy will be leading the sales and business development strategies in growing this new business segment for MAPP.
