As a Customer Service and Sales Manager with Pratt & Whitney, Jimmy developed a world class customer service team, covering a global customer base of airlines and licensed engine and component repair facilities.
Prior to his long career at Pratt & Whitney, Jimmy proudly served in the U.S. Navy, where he received the United States Naval Achievement Metal and was twice meritoriously promoted, achieving a Noncommissioned Officer ranking of Petty Officer First Class.

“I knew Luis from when we worked together at Pratt & Whitney”, said Jimmy Baker. “I am excited to be working for an organization under his leadership. MAPP has a great reputation in manufacturing, and I can’t wait to help grow this new aftermarket business.”
“I’m so excited to welcome Jimmy to the MAPP team,” says EVP of Sales and Marketing, Todd Barnes. “Jimmy is established and highly respected within the MRO industry. His extensive aftermarket repair knowledge, and track record of growing sales and customer satisfaction will be a great addition to MAPP Technologies.
